A Golden Globes Recap
If you’re like us, you didn’t have time to watch the Golden Globes on Sunday night (or if you’re really like us, you didn’t even realize they were happening). That being said, we thought it would be fun to round up some of what happened.
Nikki Glaser was the host, someone who we were not familiar with at all but absolutely slayed the monologue. Little known comedians can make for a tough host (look at last year’s bomb by Jo Koy) but Glaser raised her own profile considerably.
Here is the 10 minute opening monologue, which we were laughing out loud to on Monday night:
What else happened? Well, Zendaya is seemingly engaged, as there was rampart speculation about her (possibly Bvlgari, possibly not) ring. (She was also in a beautiful LV dress.) TMZ confirmed after the event.

Also notable was that Timothée’s girlfriend Kylie Jenner was wearing the same Versace dress that Elizabeth Hurley wore to the CFDAs when she was dating Hugh Grant:
Jeremy Strong did not look his best in this Loro Piana look:
Emma Stone debuted a new hair cut (and was also in Louis Vuitton):
And lastly, I leave you with what guests received in their $1M gift bags: beach front villas in Turks & Caicos, some $900 serum, and private jet airfare, among other things.
